He was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we got exactly what we wanted.Not only did Zak help me purchase my new Ram 2500, but he also helped me find a beautiful 2025 Dodge Durango for my wife. What made the experience truly unforgettable was that Zak arranged to have the Durango delivered to our home so I could surprise my wife on her birthday.Everything was handled smoothly, communication was excellent, and there was never any pressure. I had an excellent experience working with the sales team at United Motors. My sales Merch rep was knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. There was no pressure, just honest and helpful service from start to finish. There was a minor issue with the car but they took care of it right away. The buying experience was smooth. I had a very good and pleasant experience with Emilio and the whole staff at united motorcars. They were very helpful and helped me with the purchase of the 2019 lexus gs.They were straight forward no games no problems. What ever they promised they completed.
